How to Verify an Account?

You need 5 minutes and few documents to Verify your SPARTAEX Account.

Fill in the information and upload the documents, if everything is ok your Account will be Verified in 24 hours.

ID verification is required to prevent fraud and keep the entire community safe. It also adds an extra layer of security by ensuring no one but you links your payment information such as your bank account.

Identity Verification

Before you start the verification process, prepare all the necessary documents:

An national ID card/international passport/driver's license. Check that it's issued with Latin characters or with Latin transliteration of the main fields. This document should be valid and internationally recognized. 

Your tax identification number (or social security number if you're residing in the US).

To complete verification, follow through the stages and the steps below.

Enter your personal information

Make sure your personal information appears exactly as it's written on your ID.

Insert your County, Postal/ZIP code, City and Street Address.

Insert your Country, ID Type, Document number, Document issue date and expiration date.

In order to comply with FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), we kindly ask you to provide needed information.

Upload photos of both sides of your ID document (colour, high quality and entirely visible, valid document).

Upload Proof of residence document photo (Bank statement, Utility bill (electricity bill, water bill, internet bill,...), Government document such as a tax certificate). 

Make sure that the required information is clearly visible:

    YOUR NAME

    YOUR ADDRESS

    ISSUE DATE (document must not be older than 3 months)

    ISSUER (the company or institution issuing the document)

You will receive an email notifying you of the result, once your request is processed. We make every effort to process all verification requests in the shortest time possible.
